These terms govern your use of forge.sattvah.ai, the Forge creator dashboard at app.forge.sattvah.ai, and every storefront at forge.sattvah.ai/<handle>. The contracting entity is Sattvah Labs Private Limited, registered in Bangalore, India (Sattvah Labs, we, our).

1. Who can use Forge

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must use Forge only to run a creator practice in good faith, never to defraud customers, evade tax, or distribute prohibited content.

2. Creator accounts

When you sign up on Forge, you become a creator on the platform. You own your content, your audience, and the relationship with your members. Sattvah Labs provides the software you run on, processes payments via Razorpay, and remits payouts to you net of platform commission, GST, and TDS.

3. Commission, GST, and TDS

We charge a platform commission based on your plan (12%/5%/2%). GST on platform fees is added at the applicable rate. TDS is deducted and remitted on your behalf in line with Indian tax law; you can download Form 16A from your dashboard each quarter.

4. Payouts

Payouts run weekly via Razorpay X. Your KYC + bank account must be verified before the first payout. Subject to tax withholding, chargebacks, and refunds, your net earnings are deposited to your nominated account.

5. Content rules

Do not list content that is illegal under Indian law, infringes third-party rights, sexually exploits minors, or harasses individuals. We remove such content and may suspend accounts that repeat. Appeals go to appeals@sattvah.ai.

6. Refunds

Refunds are at the creator’s discretion. Creators must publish a clear refund policy on their storefront. Where a member raises a payment dispute through Razorpay, Sattvah Labs may withhold the disputed amount from the next payout pending resolution.

7. Your data

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it. We do not train third-party AI on your private content.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Sattvah Labs’ total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction.
